I'm pulling this video from the vaults, I think we recorded it about a 4 weeks ago when Liam was getting good at walking around the couch.  I still can't help but laugh at the sounds of farts and I bet you won't be able to resist either. Enjoy

Just a quick update on our busy bee Liam. He is standing and "cruising" along the couch, and crawling at amazing speeds. He's found a cheesier smile, and likes to make an angry face now too. We went hiking a few weekends ago in Encinitas, and then took a road trip up to Palomar Mountain and visited the big telescope there. Liam loves being attached to daddy :)

We haven't posted any new pics of Liam in a while, and he is almost 9 months! Over Mother's Day weekend, Liam had his first photo shoot down at the beach. He loved hanging out in the sand, and we got a really good family portrait! Here is a sneak peek of some of the shots from the beach, and some candids Mommy took recently :)

Last weekend Pete, my dad and I installed bamboo floors in the living/dining room.  Although it definitely wasn't without challenges I think they turned out really well.  I did lose a lot of respect for our builder that seemed to not know how to make a floor level, let's just say cardboard isn't a recommended building material here in California.  Anyway, thanks again to Pete and my dad (cheapest labor in town).

Check out some early footage of Liam crawling.  He's actually gotten a lot better since this and is planning to compete in the 2012 Olympics in the 200m hurdles.  Gone are the days of him being content to stay in one spot.  Next up, walking, and shortly followed by that, hand stands I'm sure.
